Tim Kringle, the founding partner and current corporate chef, Dining Room, Catering and Marketing Specialists Justin McDonald and Brandon McDonald, and Partner and Chef Charles Taucer, IV, are partners in the operation. They take care to see that everyone’s opinion is valued, and creativity and individuality are encouraged both in the kitchen and at the table.
“The staff enjoys their surroundings and are happy to be here. We work hard to keep it that way,” says Manager Scott LaFleur.

Chefs, managers and partners worked their way up through the ranks, and many dedicated employees have been with the restaurant from the beginning in 1989. Managers Cathy Cutrer and Scott LaFleur along with Dee Satterlee, David Kent, and the Bounnavong family are long-time employees with years of experience, as is O.D. Sinamontry, who still prepares Mansurs’ famous Eggplant Camellia.
"Our staff is like a family. Over the years we have worked together and become closer with every shift" says Manager Cathy Cutrer, who started as a waitress the day the original Mansurs opened. "It's nice to look forward to coming to work. Communication is the key to keeping this family together".
