On-Site Catering Policies |
- Please inform us if your gathering requires a special table arrangement.
- A final guest count guarantee must be provided at least 2 business days in advance of event.
- The reservation policy requires an 85% attendance level of the guarantee. If attendance is short, an average head count price will be charged to reach the 85% level. Please note that regardless of the attendance level, the minimum for specific rooms must be met.
- Cancellations of reservations must be provided by the reservation party at least 3 business days in advance of the event. In December, 5 days notice is required. A $300 fee will be applied only if the reservation is not cancelled within the required time-frame, or if the reservation fails to show.
- A signature and credit card number are required to secure reservation.
- Charges to the card will not be processed until the date of the reservation. Therefore, an alternative method of payment may be used to pay for the event.
- Seperate checks are extremely time consuming and cause serious service delays for the entire restaurant and are therefore discouraged. It is recommended that a set price, all inclusive, menu be chosen so guests can bring cash or a check to give the host of the function. However, seperate checks are available. Please ask further questions if seperate checks are required. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
